Always on the cutting edge of training technique and equipment allow us to design a specific training program to meet your goals and style.  Zing3 coaches are very creative in making fun and changeling workouts that create results.  All coaches are nationally certitied trainers.

Going into the new year a new set of goals

Training Packages:

Individual Training sessions: $75

Silver Package:  $325.00

Gold Package:  $600.00

·        10 training sessions package

·        Weekly coach call

·        Unlimited email response

Platinum Package:  Custom training package call for rate

Additional training sessions can be purchased based upon the Personal Training pricing. Group training sessions are based upon multisport training pricing.

* All training sessions are 55 mins long based on local travel area. Out of metro area all travel expenses are additional
