Using the newest in Metabolic testing technology, James is able to analyze your body’s personal response to exercise and design individual specific training programs. James is a USAT Level 1 coach and A NSCA certified personal trainer
By combining his education and experience with the latest industry research, he designs new and exciting training programs to match each individual training goals.
Having experience training age group racers and general fitness clients allows him to apply a variety of different approaches to help achieve fitness and racing goals. Being an age group triathlete, cyclist and adventure racer he understands the commitment needed to succeed.
James believes that fitness is not a fad to quickly lose weight, but a lifestyle choice. By making the commitment to choose fitness as a lifestyle choice, you will be more successful in reaching your fitness goals. Using goal setting and positive reinforcement as a basis for all training programs his clients are empowered in their own success. He combines all major aspects of fitness, including conventional, sports specific, and functional training to improve the whole you.
Activities and Interests:
James looks for new ways to challenge himself each racing season. In the past he has competed in Ironman distance triathlons, with year’s Ironman in Lake Tahoe and a new adventure High Cascade 100 mt. bike race in Bend.
For the upcoming season he is going to focus on Ironman and the Cyclo-cross racing season. Check out his calendar to join him on training rides, runs, and swims with the random fun non-racing activity.
