Gliding through the water with ease and strength is the goal of every swimmer and us at Zing3 Coaching. Swimming is a sport in which technique and body positioning is the key to success. Using proven methods on all levels of swimmers Zing3 has a coaching program for you. Whether you are a beginner swimmer afraid of putting your face in the water, a fitness swimmer looking to learn new strokes or improve your current ones, or tackling the 2.4 mile open water Ironman swim we can assist you in reaching your swimming goals.
Racing requires more than physical abilities to be successful. Race day mental focus, visualization, and proper nutrition are just important. How you handle training and racing will dictate the results you have on race day. By being mentally prepared your mind will be focused on racing and not only the results.
