Boom the cannon goes off you and 2500 other bodies rush into the water. You have trained well and prepared for this day. After the 2.4 mile open water swim it’s off to ride your bike. The long training days and months of sacrifice is now paying off. Your legs are strong as you ride 112 miles and finish the bike, entering into T-2 you focus on the marathon portion of this race. The crowd is cheering your name on as you come back into the finishing chute and you hear your name is called out followed by YOU ARE AN Ironman. The feeling is like no other.

I caught the bug shortly after I broke my leg for the second time in less than a year. I was looking for something to do that would allow me to keep active. I began swimming at the local pool was hooked at my first race. Two Ironmans and countless training miles later and I have the same passion for racing that I do for training my clients.
In the world of multi-sport training the principle of more is better has been the ticket to success in the past. If I swim more, ride harder or just add extra miles to end of my run I will be faster, or finish higher. Set- up fee $150 includes account set on web based coaching and trainig log. Field assessments for swimming, running and cycling.( Six month minimun)

Additional training sessions can be purchased based upon the Personal Training pricing. Group training sessions are based upon multisport training pricing.
* All training sessions are 55 mins long based on local travel area. Out of metro area all travel expenses are additional.
